Today started off being an okay day but ended being a hard day for Andrea. She got up this morning and felt pretty good. She ate a decent breakfast and had a nice Italian lunch. She did not do any gardening unfortunately, but she did do some yoga today. An instructor came over and helped Andrea stretch her muscles and do some meditating. Andrea really enjoyed it. She did get some vertigo when she did one of the yoga moves. Overall though a positive experience and I think Andrea will try it again in the upcoming weeks.
After yoga though she had a really tough night. She was really nauseated and did not feel good. She also had a migraine headache. She was able to eat a little for dinner and did not throw up. She did not have as much bone today though which was positive. Hopefully, tomorrow she can have a good day and a good night.
Also, I have posted a bunch of pictures from Andrea's birthday party on our photo site - http://www.themangals.com. Enjoy.

Glad to hear Andrea is feeling better. Yoga is probably a great reliever of stress and will make her stronger. Stay stong and stay healthly and remember you both are loved by EVERYONE and all our energy is going straight to you.:)
Love you

Andrea,
We talked to your Dad tonight. He's looking forward to Saturday to see all of you. Sounds like yoga was good. I did vinyasa yoga regularly for about a year and 1/2-loved it! You look so beautiful in all of the B-day pictures, and in the guitar video. Just like the Andrea I've always known-oh that smile! Glad to hear that the wound is healing well, and I'm praying you stay home this round-I believe it will happen, because you seem stronger and stronger all the time. My mom's here for a visit and my brother and sister will be in this weekend for a big family reunion (my mom's side). Can't wait to see everyone. School is going well-tomorrow, we'll have three weeks under our belt. Thanks Sharon, for the encouragement on giving it a try. We love you gobs and gobs! Stay at home, Stay at home, Stay at home!!!!!! Love, Aunt Lisa, Uncle John, Sam, Emily, Sunny (xo, xo, oo, xo, prr-prr)
